You can delete your data from KhelBahi at any time. This page explains what
gets deleted and how to request it.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app
Open KhelBahi.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account (under Data Management) and confirm.
This permanently removes your local academy and student data from the device, and your cloud
backup (if Cloud Backup was enabled).
Option 2 — Request by email
Email contact@avsvishalmedia.com from your
registered number/email with the subject “Delete my KhelBahi data”. Include
your academy name and (if you used Cloud Backup) your Cloud ID. We will delete your
server-side data within 7 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
All student, fee, attendance, and receipt records you created.
Your academy profile (name, phone, email, address).
Your cloud backups stored on our server (if any).
What may be retained
Anonymous, aggregated analytics that cannot identify you.
Records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons (e.g., proof of a Google Play purchase), kept only as long as required by law.
Uninstalling
Uninstalling the app also removes all local data from your device. Cloud backups (if enabled)
are removed only via the in-app Delete Account option or an email request as above.
