These Terms govern your use of the Institute Manager app ("App") provided by
AVSVishal Media. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
The App is for managing institutes & coaching centres (members, courses, fees, receipts, reminders).
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your own backups.
You must not use the App for unlawful purposes.
2. Premium / Purchases
Premium is offered as a one-time purchase through your app store’s billing system — Google Play Billing on Android, Apple In-App Purchase on iOS.
Purchases are subject to the refund and payment policies of the store where you purchased (Google Play or Apple App Store).
Premium unlocks the features described on the in-app purchase screen.
3. Cloud Backup
Cloud Backup is optional. If enabled, your data is stored on our servers under your Cloud ID.
You may delete your cloud account at any time (see Privacy Policy).
4. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss or
damages arising from use of the App. Always keep your own backups.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
